Well, this is another thing that my dad has that I don't, but Time Lords seem to be really smart, and have huge amounts of knowledge of the universe, or something like that.

I don't quite understand all of it since I'm a bit different from dad. I don't have that knowledge. I've just got the knowledge that I was born with, and what my dad's taught me of course.

[She's talking very fondly of her dad right now.]

Yeah, he is. He showed up here not long after I did. It was good to see him again, but I'm afraid neither of us have taken too well to settling. We prefer to travel.

It's more difficult for dad then me. I don't really mind it too much as long as I keep busy. Maybe it's because I'm not a true Time Lord.

Well, I consider myself a Time Lord like my dad, but in truth I'm not, so yeah.

That's because I was created from a Progenation machine.

[She states this as if this were an obvious fact.]

[ He sounds a little hesitant. He doesn't want to sound like he's correcting her, so he's saying it more like a question or suggestion rather than...not.]

It's like a clone machine, except it doesn't make a duplicate of the person who's DNA it uses.

Instead, it uses the DNA to create a new being, and then makes them grow really fast while inside the machine. It only takes a few minutes.
