[Jack has a response all ready, mostly regarding "to hell with normal" and elaborations to that effect, but then the Doctor is kissing him again and he's not about to stop that for more talking, so he simply tangles one hand in the Doctor's hair and kisses him back just as roughly. If the Doctor wants a distraction, then he's going to get one.]
