[She pauses for a moment before deciding to tell him something important. She was sure he wouldn't like it, but...perhaps it was best to just tell him.]
You know, the ones we're fighting, I don't know if you've heard, but they came through the barrier once before. They came, and tried to slaughter everyone here. It didn't matter to them that we whether someone could fight back or not, or even that we were prisoners of the Malnosso. They just tried to kill everyone without telling us anything, if they even had a reason at all that is. I'll admit, I fought along with everyone. I just wanted to protect everyone in the village, so I tried to incapacitate the attackers or get more information from them, but before I knew it, I was in a bind, and I could only think of one way out. I tried so hard to think of some other option, but in the end, I snapped her neck like it was nothing. I killed her. Perhaps that means you were always right about me. I'm a soldier, and perhaps that's all I'll ever be. Just a soldier meant to fight and kill. Maybe no matter how many choices I try and make, that won't completely change.
